Google Review Contest Terms and Conditions

Contest Overview

Evident Title Agency, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is hosting a Google Review Contest (“Contest”) where participants who submit a Google review for Evident Title Agency, Inc. will be entered into a drawing to win a $200 Home Depot Gift Card. The Contest runs from June 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

Eligibility

• The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Evident Title Agency, Inc., its affiliates, or Home Depot are not eligible to participate.
• Only one entry per person per closing is allowed. Multiple reviews from the same person for the same closing will be considered one entry.

Contest Period

• The Contest begins on June 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT (“Contest Period”).
• Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit a review of Evident Title Agency, Inc. on Google during the Contest Period.
• Each valid review submitted during the Contest Period will automatically grant one (1) entry into the drawing.
• Reviews must comply with Google’s review policies and guidelines. Reviews deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of Google’s policies (e.g., fake reviews, incentivized reviews that explicitly request positive feedback) will be disqualified.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $200 Home Depot Gift Card.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 7, 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their Google account or provided during the review process within five (5) business days of the drawing.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the Contest.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect the submission of reviews.
• The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Privacy

• Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and notifying the winner, in accordance with Evident Title Agency, Inc.’s privacy policy.
• By entering, participants consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name and review content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

• The Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the use of the prize.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any issues related to the redemption or use of the Home Depot Gift Card.
