Jenn is a 27-year veteran of the financial, real estate, mortgage, insurance and title industries. With her finger on the pulse of all five industries Jenn concentrates her efforts on meeting the needs of clients through her extensive knowledge, contacts and experience in the title insurance industry. Jenn’s unique approach and can-do attitude when presented with complex situations involving commercial and residential transactions has bolstered the portfolios of many real estate investors. Jenn focuses on insuring real estate development, redevelopment and commercial/industrial transactions and also works extensively in residential acquisition and financing. Jenn is expert in the needs of established and up and coming investors who value her vast experience in sheriff sales, tax lien sales and tax foreclosure bailouts. Jenn uses her diverse knowledge of commercial financing products and the due diligence process to smooth the closing process for even the most difficult transactions.
Jenn and her family are New Jersey natives who enjoy engaging in many of the diverse activities that the state has to offer. Camping in the Pine Barrens, equine training at Split Elm Equine Center and of course, going down the shore!
