Kathy Parker a graduate of Dover Business College, started title searching during high school summers and eventually worked full time for her sister, an independent title searcher, for almost 11 years.  She became a licensed title producer in 1993 and, along with her mother who was also in the title industry since the early 70’s, opened Countryside Title Agency.   When “from the title search to the final title policy and everything in between” became impossible for a small agent, merging operations with Evident Title Agency made perfect sense.  She now manages the Newton branch of Evident Title Agency concentrating on what she loves best about the business, title searching and reading.
